We want you to be delighted with your model! If you are not completely satisfied with a model please call us first to discuss how it can be rectified. We will happily give you a refund or exchange your model. You need to contact us within 5 days to receive a refund or exchange. Please be sure to follow the instructions below. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to follow the appropriate procedure below will void your eligibility for a refund. We will not accept ANY returns without a return authorization number.

Returns of models damaged in transit to you.

  1. Contact us via phone or email immediately you notice a problem (within 5 days of delivery of your model)
  2. Send us via email or mail photos of the damage to your model. We MUST receive photos of any damage to process your return.
  3. If damage is minor we may offer to send replacement parts or offer a partial refund.
  4. If damage is major we will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange for pickup of the model, a replacement will be sent only when the damaged model has been received into our warehouse.
  5. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, exactly as it was packaged on arrival. Please include all parts and paper work.

Returns if you are unsatisfied.
  1. Contact us immediately via phone or email. (within 5 days of delivery of your model)
  2. Ask for a return authorization number from us.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, exactly as it was packaged on arrival. Please include all parts and paper work. If not repackaged correctly your refund request may be denied if damage due to incorrect packaging occurs in transit back to our warehouse.
  4. Model is to be shipped back to us at your cost to our warehouse address listed below.
  5. Provide us with a tracking number and contact details for the carrier you have used.
  6. You will be notified when your model arrives and we will check that the model is in saleable condition.
  7. If the model is in saleable condition your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Your refund will be in the same form that your original payment was made excluding our shipping and handling charges.
